DO YOU INCLUDE MLS INFO WITH THE VIDEO? - Yes.

CAN I PUT UP PICTURES WITH THE MLS INFO. - The video is going to bring the potential buyer up close, inside and outside, to your home. If you believe additional pictures (like your family having fun times in and around your home) would aide in the full presentation of your home, we can incorporate them into the video (up to one photo per room) for free.

CAN I LINK TO THE VIDEO? - By all means! We don't care where. The object is to sell your home! You can link directly to the page that has your video and MLS info.

WILL YOU PLACE A SIGN IN THE YARD ABOUT THE VIDEO? - Absolutely.

CAN THE REALTOR BE IN THE VIDEO OR TALK ABOUT THE HOME WHILE THE VIDEO SHOWS? - Highly recommended.

CAN I BE IN THE VIDEO? - Of course, you have that option. If you are good at public speaking and are not camera shy, sure! In our experience, we strongly urge that you use your realtor as they are used to the selling language.

WHY WOULD I WANT A VIDEO WHEN I HAVE PICTURES? - A photograph shows one vantage point where a video can show thousands. A "walk through" video lends a sense that he prospective buyer is already at the house
and going through it. It is a full screen video and seems like your looking through a window of the home. Pictures simply do not supply such a dynamic presentation. Out of town people relocating to the area can see through that walking-around-window and get a complete sense of the home online. Can gain you more prospects.
